Have you been wondering how someone with a 2 month old is able to get so much sewing done? This is why… so far my little buddy is very agreeable to the hum of the sewing machine. His brother used to sit on my lap as I was sewing, but now he has traded me in for his daddy, so this one will have to help me out while I’m sewing. (Fletcher only likes to help wind the bobbin now because he thinks he is driving a race car when he is pressing the petal.
This weekend my sister came over and we made this little pop over pinafore for little Marion’s big outing to go see Barney. I can’t believe that my sister lets her watch Barney! Not that Barney is bad, but it is super annoying to me. And Marion watching Barney means that my sister has to watch Barney. I for one could not take that. That’s why my kids will not be Barney fans.

My nephew loved Barney…18 years ago, LOL. I hated him and I was only 10! I carefully guard my child from Yo Gabba Gabba because they freak me out, but me and Dora and Tink are all friends, LOL!
Yes I can do without Barney too….my oldest nephew like Po from the tele-tubbies. That show was hard to watch too.
Glad you have a baby that likes the hum of a sewing machine!
What is it with kid TV? James had his phase of Yo Gabba Gabba (which appears to be inspired by a strange acid trip), Barney, and is now on Thomas the Tank Engine. Thomas is by far the least annoying.
Hope your little niece has fun though! She’s going to be super cut in that dress!

I forgot to mention – in Thomas the Tank Engine, there is an engine named Percy. Put that in kid talk (especially if “r” is difficult) and you get a very different word.
James regularly yells “I love Percy!” in stores because he knows it flips me out. God love em!
Adorable little outfit! I am so glad that my youngest did not like Barney. We did watch a host of other cartoons and kids shows.
I am sorry but I am DYING over you sewing space…is that your basement? So jealous!
