All quilting is done on a Gammill Statler Stitcher Optimum and is performed in a pet-free/smoke-free environment.

You are welcome to provide your own high quality batting. Batting and backing should be at least 4” larger than quilt top on all four sides.

Preparing Your Quilt:
- Your batting and backing MUST be at least 4” larger than your quilt top on ALL sides.
- Press Quilt Top and Back.
- Trim any loose threads from the front and back of your quilt top.
- Clearly mark top of quilt top and backing.
- Do not pin or baste your layers together.
- Remove all embellishments, such as buttons, pins, charms & sequins from the quilt top.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For US customers, I ship using USPS Priority Mail with tracking/delivery confirmation. Insurance is not required, but it is encouraged.
When shipping your quilt top, please include the quilt top, backing fabric (batting and backing should be at least 4” larger than quilt top on all four sides), printed order form and binding fabric, if required and a check for 50% of the quilting charges. Place all items in a plastic bag for protection before placing in the shipping box.Mail to:
I accept payment via Paypal or Personal Check made payable to Ginabean Quilts. A deposit of half of the estimated cost is required before quilting will begin. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the quilt. Once the final payment is received, your completed quilt will be shipped.
