Can you believe what my brother-in-law found in his grandmother’s house… a white featherweight! He gave it to me yesterday and I have already been sewing on it. It is in perfect condition. I don’t think his grandmother ever used it. It sews perfectly. It even has the original key for the case. I feel like I hit the lotto. It’s funny what can make some people happy. This makes me happy!

My mother collects these! She has a white one, and a couple of black ones, and some of the toy ones. She’d like to have one of the tan ones, but so far she hasn’t found one at a good price.
